Once your order has been processed the gift certificate will be activated and the recipient will receive an email notification to the address you provide, that they have a gift card to spend at The Jade W. They remain valid for one year after purchase.
To use the certificate during an online purchase, one simply enters the code when prompted during the checkout process.
To use the certificate in our physical store, simply print out the email with the activation code and bring it with you when you shop.
If you prefer to buy a "real" gift certificate in person or wish it to be mailed we can do that too!
